Welcome to Marin Powwow! We appreciate your participation and want you to have a rewarding day!

Vendors must submit a Vendor Application using the form provided below and pay a registration fee of $100, which helps support the cost of the powwow. 

Vendors are welcome to arrive and start setting up at 9 AM on the day of the powwow.  Public entry begins at 10 AM.  Vendor booth locations are assigned, both indoor and outdoor.  You must bring your own booth setup including canopy, tables and chairs. See the Site Map, Gym Layout, Wet Weather Layout, and Dry Weather Layout provided below.  In particular, on the Layouts, note the temporary unloading areas (in red) and “Temporary” traffic flow patterns (in blue) for vendors from 8:30 to 10:00AM onlyAfter 10 AM unloading must be done from the main parking lot and traffic flow reverts to the “regular” traffic flow patten (in green). For the Wet Weather Layout, all vendor booths will be located under roofs that will provide some rain protection.
